There is this time in late evening before details fade to black on a dark night, when the blue sky is rich and the moon shines shock white in the middle of it. I got out my paints and made color notes before the dark took over and finished this about an hour later.
The sky has an almost streaky, light-soaked effect and I think it feels almost how the sky looks when I’m out camping.
