Shipping

Shipping Locations:

All items have free shipping to anywhere in the contiguous USA and AK.

I do ship internationally. Please contact me if you are outside of the country and I will get a shipping estimate. Together, we will arrange for your artwork to be shipped as safely and economically as possible.

Processing Times:

Originals and paper prints directly from me will be shipped in 3-6 days.

Canvas gicless prints, mugs and journals will be shipped in 5-10 days.

Returns

Returns are accepted for artwork that doesn’t please you if it’s returned in re-saleable, new condition within 30 days.

If there is suspected damage from shipping, please photograph it and the box/packaging and email it to me within 3 days of receipt at: thimgan@thimganhaydenstudio(dot)com.

If there is no damage, please contact me within 10 days to let me know you want to return your artwork. If you send the art back to me without making sure I am expecting it and able to receive it, your refund will not be in full ($25 charge for surprise shipments!). Returns must be finished within 30 days of purchase or with a special arrangement between me, the artist, and you, the collector.

The artwork must be in the same condition that it was when I packed and shipped it in order for you to be fully refunded. Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense.
